Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days.All orders are posted using Royal Mail and are usually received within 2 working days.

We only deliver to mainland UK. Any order crossing waters i.e. Republic of Ireland does not qualify for our standard delivery rate and will face extra charges. Please email us for details on additional charges with the delivery address and items you wish to purchase.

Returns
Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart you must return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

How do I return an Item?
Simply email us and we can then issue you with a return code and address that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. We cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. As you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us we recommend sending the package by recorded/special delivery and insured up to the value of the item(s)

Condition of the goods
When first trying out your new item, please do so somewhere clean and safe - we can't replace damaged, muddy, scratched, torn or grass-stained items. Any flying toys must not be used in the air. Any item which includes software must be returned with the software unopened.

Payment
All checkout payments are processed by Paypal which is a safe and secure server. You can check this is secure by looking for the padlock icon on your internet browser.
The payment is taken instantly when you click to purchase using paypal. Your credit/debit details will be encrypted by Paypal and we do not store your card details on our server. They are used only once to authorise your transaction and we can't see any of your card details.

In some cases your payment may be by paypal's eCheque.
eCheques are payments from buyers who have added bank details to their PayPal account, but have yet to provide a backup source such as a debit or credit card or the card may of expired. In this case eCheques take up to 9 days to clear and goods are dispatched after this time.

Refunds
Any refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase and only applies to the item(s). Our delivery charge in your original order is not refundable if an item is being returned. Delivery charges incurred in sending items back to us are non refundable unless the item is proven to be faulty.

Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition including product packaging, instructions, etc, otherwise we will not be able to refund you. Products that are in plastic sealed packaging must be completely sealed and unopened.
Refunds due no stock or unable to meet your timescale will be refunded in full.

Manufacturers Warranty
Some goods are supplied with a manufacturer's warranties and we may need to contact the manufacturer directly with warranty claims. We will use reasonable endeavours to assist you with these cases.

Submitting Information
By submitting your order you are confirming to buy the goods at the prices and the terms stated and are allowing us to use your details for the purpose of supplying the goods including, passing your details onto our nominated carriers and other third party subcontractors. We will not use your details for any other purpose without your prior consent.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to your until we have confirmed order acceptance to your order and providing the item(s) are in stock. You must ensure that all details required are correctly filled at the checkout before submitting, including email address, full postal address and payment details.

Delivery address
If for any reason you or any person at the delivery address refuses to accept the delivery of the products, all risk in the products shall pass to you and we may, at our discretion charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you.

Pricing
If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling.
If we are unable to contact you within seven days we will cancel the order. In the event of an order being cancelled any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.

Stock
All products are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply the particular item that you have ordered we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. Sometimes stock may be withdrawn or discontinued. We shall make every effort to update the website at all times, but you understand and acknowledge that we are not liable to you for any failure or delay to provide a order due to products being out of stock, withdrawn or discontinued.

Other
We will use all reasonable commercial efforts to meet our delivery timescales however we do not guarantee delivery dates. We will not be held responsible for items arriving late due to services out of our control, i.e. postal strikes.

We will not be responsible for the loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.

We may change or withdraw any part of our website or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.
